If you object to the Settlement as described above, you may ask to speak in Court about the fairness of the Settlement at the Fairness Hearing. Please refer to FAQ 20, FAQ 21, and FAQ 22 for further details. |
Fairness Hearing
April 7, 2025 |
The Court will hold a Fairness Hearing on April 7, 2025, at the United States District Courthouse, Central District of California, First Street Courthouse, 350 W. First Street, Courtroom 10B, Los Angeles, CA 90012. At this hearing, the Court will consider whether the Settlement is fair, reasonable, and adequate, and whether to approve the request for attorneys’ fees, costs, and the request for Settlement Class Representative service awards. If there are objections, the Court will consider them and may listen to people who have asked to speak at the hearing (see FAQ 22). The Court will decide whether to grant final approval of the settlement, and, if so, how much to pay the lawyers representing you and the Class. |
